Process

Login into candidate portal

Create an account in our candidate portal using mobile and email. Mobile number and email id will serve as means for future conversation with our coordinators. All the information regarding visa, interview, onboarding etc. is shared via provided mobile/email.

Addition of  biodata and academic certificates 

Fill all the columns asked in the portal and upload the requested documents to the portal. Documents will be forwarded to the employers after verification from our side.

Information validation by Rada Group’s consultants  

All the documents and information added by the candidate will be checked manually and verified by us using different means. It includes basic information, residential address, academic qualification and other information asked in the portal. Information is shared with the employers after preliminary assesment and approval.

Further processing by employer  

After preliminary approval of the candidate, employers with access to the candidate's profile can further verify the candidate and conduct relevant checks and job interviews with the candidate. All the information about different interview phases, procedures, salary negotiation is conveyed via mail or portal. The profile is forwarded to the visa facilitation service, if the candidates are selected.

Visa Facilitation Service   

Depending on the country of immigration, various visa facilitation services will process the applicant’s visa. It will include an interview and various other formalities. Our consultants will further assist you with immigration after visa issuance. Any further proceeding will purely depend on the acceptance or rejection of the visa.

Reception and Accommodation 

Our employees will receive you at the airport and accommodate you at our facility, free of rent for a month, after which candidates will have to arrange their accommodation. Candidates will have to provide for their sustenance during this period.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, a candidate can apply for a new job even after rejection.

Unfortunately Rada Group has no say in the visa proceeding of any country. In case your work visa is declined, you will not be allowed to proceed further. But you can surely apply for jobs in countries under different visa restrictions and laws.

We do guide our candidates to perform better in an interview but we do not have any say in the interview proceeding.

Candidates will have to arrange for their own sustenance. There are mess and dining options available nearby the accommodation.

No accommodation will be provided after the period mentioned. So candidates will have to arrange for their accommodation elsewhere, preferably near their workplace or university.

We do not provide any financial services to our candidates. But over consultants can keep you informed to make better choices.

For candidates qualifying (Bsc Nursing , Doctors) with an IELTS score of 7+ in reading and 6.5 for the rest of the category, there is no service charge. For others (General Nursing and Midwifery), there will be a small charge. Other services like education and employment, a small fee will be required, which will be conveyed during our first consultation.
